4-H Exhibitor’s Intent Form to Opt Out of 2025 Jr. Fair Livestock Sale and to not accept packer bid and forfeit the opportunity for buyer add-on dollars and forfeit the opportunity to go through the Jr. Fair Livestock Sale with the following Market Animal.

Deadline for Market Animal Opt Out Form Is Monday, July 28, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. through this form, at the Announcer’s Stand in the Multi-Purpose Building or Extension Office prior to the deadline.

This form must be completed and signed by the 4-H Exhibitor and a parent or guardian if the Exhibitor is under 18 years of age.

By signing and submitting this form I/we understand that I/we forfeit the opportunity to accept any buyer add-on dollars or to go through the sale with this market animal unless this animal is awarded Grand Champion or Reserve Grand Champion, in which Ohio Administrative Code 901-19-02 (E) states: in a partial terminal show at least the grand champion and reserve grand champion shall be slaughtered. Prior to the show the sponsor of the exhibition may require that additional livestock from a partial terminal show shall be slaughtered.

The Owner/Exhibitor below is responsible for removing the Market Animal listed above by 10:00 a.m. the morning after the said species shows, No Exceptions!
